Vernon Neilly has been doing many summer shows and will be going to Brazil in September to take part of the Tagima Dream Team Event to be held at the Citi bank Hall in Sao Paulo, with fellow Dream Teamers Kiko Loureiro of Angra, Edu Ardanuy of Dr. Sin, and other Tagima Drean Team members. Kiko Loureiro's new CD "Universo Inverso" Boosweet Records USA version has been blazing US radio stations nation wide for the past 3 months, and music from is this project has reached the Top 10 on more than a dozen of these stations around the country. "Universo Inverso" is also being featured in Guitar Player Magazine along with an interview from Kiko, which marks the first time Kiko's music will be reviewed in the #1 Guitar Trade in the world, this interview and review also set up by his US/Canada label Boosweet Records will give insight to Kiko's latest kick butt project, but also some information on Kiko that US readers never knew about him. Zoom Japan just released a new Kiko Loureiro pedal which will bear his signature, so far these are to be released in Japan, so if you want one you will have to hit the Japanese music store sites, or write Zoom to get them to release it here in the US also! Recently the new Vernon Neilly Tagima Signature Model has been launched by Brazil's leading guitar and bass manufacturer Tagima. The new model named VN-2 was again designed by Vernon, and the production was overseen by master Brazilian Luthier Marcio Zaganin who is also the head craftsman over his own successful line N Zaganin Guitars (www.nzaganin.com.br). The VN-2 is now available for ordering right here at Guitar Global.com. Vernon will travel to the land of the rising sun Japan April 16-26 to do shows, clinics, tv appearances, radio and magazine interviews! He will also be there on business for Guitar Global.com and Tagima Guitars seeking new dealerships. Also be on the lookout for Vernon's new signature string soon to be released by Giannini Guitars and Strings (www.giannini.com.br). The new string developed for Vernon will be called the "Power String" because of the extra tonal range it will give guitarist in a 6-7 string set, and the extra punch and drive they will give your guitar sound. Vernon Neilly was recently given the honor of being the first cover feature artist for the online guitar magazine Guitar Clinic (www.guitar-clinic.net) were he talked about his career, gear, and future plans. Vernon is also a regular monthly columnist at Guitar Clinic where he talks about vital business information pertaining to the music industry.
Kiko Loureiro is now just back from a very lengthy, but successful Asian and European tour with Angra, were as usual they rocked their fans. On this tour Kiko also gave many guitar clinics showing his rabid followers why he is the new Guitar God! To solidify this Kiko was recently voted in a poll by Japan's well respected guitar trade Burrn, the #1 rock/progressive/metal guitar player in the world. He topped Vai, Satch, Gilbert, Malmsteen, Petrucci, Van Halen, and all the rest of the competition. Angra's very successful new CD "Aurora Consurgens" was also voted the #1 progressive/metal album! Kiko's new solo album "Universo Inverso" has caught on like wild fire in all of the world, and his USA label Boosweet Records (www.boosweet.com) have been filling many requests from radio stations to get promotional copies of the CD to play in their radio programming, and from trade magazine to review the product. Kiko will be featured in the June issue of Skope Magazine where the CD is reviewed, and Kiko has an interview so make sure you get your copy when the issue is released!

Kiko, Tagima Guitars top endorsing artist will also be touring Asia and Europe in support of Brazilian super group Angra latest CD effort Aurora Consergens beginning February 2007.
